On-Site Builders, Inc. is a full service residential design, custom build and remodeling company proudly serving Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. We work together with the homeowner, business owner or HOA manager to ensure that the design is specific to the individual wants and needs based on your budget. A few of our services include whole home or condo remodeling, designing and constructing additions, kitchens, sun rooms, porches, and bathrooms to existing homes, as well any other renovation projects needed.
James has been in the construction and home building industry for over 35 years. Originally a Framer for custom homes, James has built a huge number of homes along the Grand Strand, maybe even yours! He moved toward the remodeling side many years ago and has enjoyed the creative and intricate details of remodeling.
James and Gary met a little over 10 years ago, and it was an instant match. With their combined expertise and skill, attention to detail, and desire to provide above par customer satisfaction, our reputation and quality of work have been the driving factors to our success.
Shannon has learned her way around the construction world hands on from Gary and James. Although managing projects, subcontractors and distributors as well as working on job sites are an important part of her tasks at On-Site, she's most passionate about developing and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring that their projects run smoothly and that their vision comes to life.

Gary has been a leader in the home building and remodeling industry since 1973. Originally from the Atlanta, GA area, Gary served as president of the Douglas County Home Builders Association and finally settled here in Myrtle Beach in 2003.

I used onsite to remodel 3 bathrooms in a beach condo after interviewing and receiving quotes from 5 contractors. Onsite was not the least expensive, but far from the most expensive option. Since I was not resident, communication and trust was very important to me. Gary and James and crew came through beautifully. They worked with me to schedule and perform work with the least impact to vacations possible. They are conscientious and detailed, even taking care of some details I had not mentioned nor expected. I cannot say enough about the ease of working with Gary, James and the crew of On-Sight Builders. My husband and I work from home and the guys made every effort to guide us through the process and make it possible for us to work thru the remodel of our kitchen. From beginning to end the process was great! We will definitely hire them again when we get to our next project......the bathroom.
We have worked with Gary over many years and many projects. He has updated 3 bathrooms, installed flooring, created a beautiful new wall in our master, and completed other projects. This is a rental property, and thus we do not live nearby, so when we order vanities etc, we ship to him. He also coordinates pickup of materials locally, send photos of works in progress, etc. It is tricky to have a contractor do work while you are far away, but we know Gary will keep us apprised of any issues, show us the progress, and solve any problems that arrive!

On-Site Builders enclosed my screened in porch. They are reliable, trustworthy and most importantly, they do quality work! They always kept me informed as to when they were going to arrive and they never disappoint! They are professional, kind, and did there best to minimally disrupt my living space. I was beyond pleased with there quality of work, keeping me informed, and always leaving the work area clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable company to do a quality job.
